Accessibility Statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of impairments to sight, hearing or motor function, and regardless of the device used. Our benchmark is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Level of compliance

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially" because the automatically testable requirements are met, while some checks can only be carried out manually and are still outstanding (see below).

Known limitations

  • Virtual 360° tour. The tour is an embedded service provided by an external supplier. We cannot guarantee its operability by keyboard or screen reader. As an alternative, every apartment is described in text and images, and the galleries carry alternative texts.
  • Interactive map. The map on the contact page is a visual representation. The address and directions appear next to it as text, so the information is complete without the map.
  • Outstanding checks. A full test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and complete keyboard operation of all workflows have not yet been concluded.

Assistive features on this website

The accessibility icon at the edge of the screen lets you adjust font size and contrast and reduce motion, among other options. In addition, a skip link at the top of each page leads straight to the main content, allowing keyboard users to bypass the navigation.

This statement was prepared on 30.07.2026. It is based on a self-assessment: an automated audit (axe-core, Lighthouse) across all pages, plus manual spot checks.
